Ingredients:

  • One potato cut into cubes.
  • 2 carrots, chopped.
  • A glass of peas.
  • Half a glass of cream.
  • The fruit of hot pepper.
  • Four tablespoons of tomato paste.
  • Chopped large onion.
  • Two tablespoons cashew nuts.
  • A teaspoon of curry, ginger and salt.
How to prepare Indian korma vegetables:
  1. Put a little oil in a bowl, then add the onion, ginger and salt, stirring until the onion is browned.
  2. Add potatoes, carrots, sauce, stirring for several minutes, then peas and cashews.
  3. After that, add cream and chopped pepper to the mixture, stirring all the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Leave the mixture on the fire for 20 minutes and then serve hot and in a thousand here.
