Petr Chikin
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts.
- Chopped large onion.
- A tablespoon of spices (powdered garlic, coriander, ginger).
- A teaspoon of garam masala.
- The fruit of pepper.
- Three tomatoes, chopped.
- Two tablespoons of butter.
- A spoonful of tomato paste.
- Half a glass of cream.
- Three cloves of garlic are chopped.
Method of preparation:
- Put a spoonful of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, put the chicken in it and stir it well with oil for frying.
- Remove the chicken from the heat.
- Put butter in the pan for frying onions, adding spices and a pinch of salt.
- Add green peppers, chopped tomatoes, a tablespoon of tomato paste and mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Put the chicken pieces on the mixture and then add the cooking cream, leaving the mixture on the fire until cooked.
- You can serve butter chicken with rice and with a thousand here.
