 Indian biryani





Ingredients:

  • Three cups of basmati rice.
  • Chopped chicken.
  • Two cloves of garlic.
  • A large onion.
  • A glass of oil.
  • Three tablespoons of spices.
  • The fruit of a hot pepper.

    How to prepare Indian biryani:

    1. Put the oil in a pot on the fire and then put the peppers for Browning and onions, stirring until golden.
    2. Add the chopped chicken to the bowl, stir, then spices and garlic, stirring all the ingredients for several minutes.
    3. Add some amount of water and leave the pot on the fire until the chicken is cooked.
    4. Bring another container and put a quantity of water in it over medium heat to boil and then put rice in it for boiling.
    5. After the rice is cooked, add half of the rice with the chicken mixture, mix all the ingredients until completely homogeneous.
    6. Add the remaining amount of rice on top of the mixture without stirring, and leave the mixture on the fire until fully cooked.
