Indian biryani
Ingredients:
- Three cups of basmati rice.
- Chopped chicken.
- Two cloves of garlic.
- A large onion.
- A glass of oil.
- Three tablespoons of spices.
- The fruit of a hot pepper.
How to prepare Indian biryani:
- Put the oil in a pot on the fire and then put the peppers for Browning and onions, stirring until golden.
- Add the chopped chicken to the bowl, stir, then spices and garlic, stirring all the ingredients for several minutes.
- Add some amount of water and leave the pot on the fire until the chicken is cooked.
- Bring another container and put a quantity of water in it over medium heat to boil and then put rice in it for boiling.
- After the rice is cooked, add half of the rice with the chicken mixture, mix all the ingredients until completely homogeneous.
- Add the remaining amount of rice on top of the mixture without stirring, and leave the mixture on the fire until fully cooked.
