Ingredients:

  1. A quarter kilo of chopped meat.
  2. A large onion.
  3. Two tomatoes.
  4. Three tablespoons of sauce.
  5. Four tablespoons of oil.
  6. A glass and a half of milk.
  7. A teaspoon of black pepper and turmeric.
  8. A pinch of salt and cumin.
  9. A teaspoon of masala spices.
  10. Two cloves of garlic.

How to prepare rogan josh:

  •  Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  • Cut both peppers, tomatoes and onions into small cubes.
  • Put a little oil in a frying pan over low heat, then add the onion until it wilts.
  • Add the garlic and all the spices, stir, then add the sauce and a quarter cup of yogurt.
  • Put the pieces of meat on the mixture, adding the remaining amount of yogurt, stirring constantly, and leave the mixture on the fire until the meat is cooked.
