Rogan josh
Ingredients:
- A quarter kilo of chopped meat.
- A large onion.
- Two tomatoes.
- Three tablespoons of sauce.
- Four tablespoons of oil.
- A glass and a half of milk.
- A teaspoon of black pepper and turmeric.
- A pinch of salt and cumin.
- A teaspoon of masala spices.
- Two cloves of garlic.
How to prepare rogan josh:
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
- Cut both peppers, tomatoes and onions into small cubes.
- Put a little oil in a frying pan over low heat, then add the onion until it wilts.
- Add the garlic and all the spices, stir, then add the sauce and a quarter cup of yogurt.
- Put the pieces of meat on the mixture, adding the remaining amount of yogurt, stirring constantly, and leave the mixture on the fire until the meat is cooked.
