Indian samosa
Ingredients:
- A glass of flour.
- Two tablespoons vegetable oil.
- Spoon anise.
- Two potatoes.
- Peas.
- A large onion is chopped.
- The fruit of a hot pepper.
- A tablespoon of ginger, coriander and Curry.
- A pinch of salt and black pepper.
How to prepare Indian samosa:
- Put in a bowl the flour, oil and anise and then knead well, gradually adding water to get a cohesive dough.
- Put a little oil in a pot over medium heat and then add the potatoes, stirring.
- Add peas, onions and spices to the mixture with half a glass of water, leave the mixture on the fire until cooked.
- Cut the dough into equal pieces and then spread it in the form of circles, and divide the circle in half.
- Press the ends of the dough until it sticks, then put the prepared filling inside the dough and paste the rest of the dough ends.
- Put copious oil in a frying pan and fry the Indian samosas, balhana and Chava with the 10 best Indian dishes.
