 Indian samosa




Ingredients:

  • A glass of flour.
  • Two tablespoons vegetable oil.
  • Spoon anise.
  • Two potatoes.
  • Peas.
  • A large onion is chopped.
  • The fruit of a hot pepper.
  • A tablespoon of ginger, coriander and Curry.
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper.

How to prepare Indian samosa:


  1. Put in a bowl the flour, oil and anise and then knead well, gradually adding water to get a cohesive dough.
  2. Put a little oil in a pot over medium heat and then add the potatoes, stirring.
  3. Add peas, onions and spices to the mixture with half a glass of water, leave the mixture on the fire until cooked.
  4. Cut the dough into equal pieces and then spread it in the form of circles, and divide the circle in half.
  5. Press the ends of the dough until it sticks, then put the prepared filling inside the dough and paste the rest of the dough ends.
  6. Put copious oil in a frying pan and fry the Indian samosas, balhana and Chava with the 10 best Indian dishes.
