Tandoori chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken cut into four pieces.
- A glass of yogurt.
- Spoon the ground ginger and coriander.
- A teaspoon of (cinnamon, cumin, paprika)
- A pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Three tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Four crushed garlic cloves.
How to prepare tandoori chicken:
- Put in a bowl a glass of yogurt and all the spices and mix them thoroughly.
- Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and stir until the mixture is completely mixed with the chicken, leave the chicken in the marinade for the whole night in the refrigerator.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and put it in a tray in the oven with the addition of a little oil for chicken pieces, leave it in the oven for 45 minutes until cooked.
