The Indian dal
:Ingredients
- A quarter kilo of yellow lentils.
- A glass of tomato sauce.
- Chopped large onion.
- Three crushed garlic cloves.
- A tablespoon of Curry and turmeric.
- A teaspoon of cumin and hot pepper.
How to prepare Indian dal:
- Put the lentils in a pot with some amount of water on the fire for blanching.
- Put in a frying pan a little oil and then add the onion, stirring until it becomes golden in color.
- Add curry, turmeric and salt, stir.
- Put the lentils with an electric mixer, mixing.
- Add the lentils to the mixture with the sauce and stir.
