 The Indian dal




:Ingredients

  • A quarter kilo of yellow lentils.
  • A glass of tomato sauce.
  • Chopped large onion.
  • Three crushed garlic cloves.
  • A tablespoon of Curry and turmeric.
  • A teaspoon of cumin and hot pepper.

How to prepare Indian dal:

  1. Put the lentils in a pot with some amount of water on the fire for blanching.
  2. Put in a frying pan a little oil and then add the onion, stirring until it becomes golden in color.
  3. Add curry, turmeric and salt, stir.
  4. Put the lentils with an electric mixer, mixing.
  5. Add the lentils to the mixture with the sauce and stir.
