 Chicken masala




Ingredients:


  • Chicken breasts cut into cubes.
  • Three crushed garlic cloves.
  • One onion, chopped.
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • A glass of liquid cream.
  • A tablespoon of turmeric.
  • A teaspoon of ground red pepper.
  • Two tablespoons of green coriander.

How to prepare chicken masala:

  1. Put the chicken in a bowl, adding coriander, red pepper, turmeric and garlic to it, and leave it in the marinade for several hours.
  2. Put in a bowl a spoonful of oil, then add the onion and turmeric, stirring for several minutes.
  3. Add the cream and leave the mixture until boiling.
  4. Add the chicken to the mixture, mix it with all the ingredients thoroughly and leave it on the fire for five minutes.
