Chicken masala
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts cut into cubes.
- Three crushed garlic cloves.
- One onion, chopped.
- Two tablespoons of olive oil.
- A glass of liquid cream.
- A tablespoon of turmeric.
- A teaspoon of ground red pepper.
- Two tablespoons of green coriander.
How to prepare chicken masala:
- Put the chicken in a bowl, adding coriander, red pepper, turmeric and garlic to it, and leave it in the marinade for several hours.
- Put in a bowl a spoonful of oil, then add the onion and turmeric, stirring for several minutes.
- Add the cream and leave the mixture until boiling.
- Add the chicken to the mixture, mix it with all the ingredients thoroughly and leave it on the fire for five minutes.
