Ingredients:


  • Two tablespoons of flour.
  • A glass of powdered milk.
  • A teaspoon of baking powder.
  • A tablespoon of margarine.
  • Half a glass of warm milk.
  • A glass of water.
  • A glass of sugar.
  • A teaspoon of saffron and cardamom.

How to prepare sorbet:

  • Put in a bowl a glass of water with sugar, cardamom and saffron and let it boil and get a suitable consistency.

How to prepare sorbet:

  1. In another bowl, mix the powdered milk, flour, margarine and baking powder well and then add the warm milk, kneading well to get a cohesive dough.
  2. Divide the dough into equal balls.
  3. Put copious oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in it until golden.
  4. Remove the balls from the heat with filtered oil and put in the sherbet for two hours and a thousand here.
