Egyptian fattah
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo boiled meat
- 1/2 kilo of washed Egyptian rice
- 7 tomatoes;
- Two large vinegar pendants
- 8 chopped garlic cloves
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Two large butter suspensions
- Two toasted Egyptian live loaves
- 1/2 cup broth
Steps:
Step 1
Rice preparation: a spoon of butter is poured into a bowl, then the washed rice, salt, black pepper, two cups and half of water are placed on it until it boils, then we lower the flame on it until the rice is cooked
Step 2:
We beat the tomatoes in a blender with a glass of water until we get tomato juice
Step 3:
Prepare the sauce: we mix the butter, then add the chopped garlic to it and roast it until it takes a golden color, then add the vinegar, then add the tomato juice, salt and pepper to it, leave it until it boils and its water decreases( tasbek) and add a ladle of broth
Step 4
We break the roasted live into small pieces and add a ladle of broth to it until it softens a little, then add rice to it and finally put the sauce on them, then put the meat pieces on them and serve along with the sauce, salad and pickle
